Für ein modernes Apartmenthotel in Berlin suchen wir eine offene, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Empfang. Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit mit 40 Wochenstunden oder in Teilzeit möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gäste empfangen, beraten und betreuen
  • Reservierungen und Anfragen bearbeiten
  • Angebote auf Wiederverkaufsportalen pflegen
  • Concierge-Dienstleistungen übernehmen
  • Management Aufgaben und tägliche Abläufe unterstützen
  • Bei der Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle mitwirken

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Hospitality-Bereich.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und die Bereitschaft , sich in eine PMS einzuarbeiten.
  • Kontaktfreude, gutes Allgemeinwissen und ein professioneller Umgang mit Gästen
  • Sicherheit am Telefon; auch ausgehende Anrufe gehören zum Arbeitsalltag
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige arbeitsweise

Auch Quereinsteiger/innen sind willkommen, wenn sie die genannten Voraussetzungen erfüllen.
