Prerow liegt in der wunderschönen Region Fischland/Darß/Zingst im Nationalpark „Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft“ zwischen Rostock und Stralsund. Der Ort bietet ein Leben und Arbeiten in einer unvergleichlich schönen Naturlandschaft. Das Hotel liegt von einem kleinen Wald getrennt, in absolut idyllischer Lage, etwa 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt.

Die Kombination Ostsee, Vegan und Events soll das Profil des Hotels weiter verstärken.

### Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für die Rezeption (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gästeempfang, Zimmer- und Schlüsselverteilung bzw. Check-out der Gäste
  • Buchung und Stornierung von Reservierungen
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen über lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten und Weiterempfehlung von Dienstleistern
  • Annahme von Lieferungen
  • Zimmerkontrolle
  • Einteilung der Reinigungskräfte
  • Unterstützung bei Sonderveranstaltungen

Sie bringen mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Hotellerie / am Empfang wünschenswert aber keiner Bedingung
  • Organisationstalent
  • allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Outlook, Word, Excel) werden benötigt.
  • (In unsere Hotelsoftware arbeiten wir sie gerne ein.)
  • Freundliches, herzliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit
