Wir suchen aktuell Sachbearbeiter Arbeitsvorbereitung / Instandhaltung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unsere Kunden.

Als Sachbearbeiter Arbeitsvorbereitung / Instandhaltung (m/w/d) stellst du sicher, dass Prozesse in den Bereichen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Instandhaltung und Organisation reibungslos funktionieren und unterstützt aktiv die Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung.

Aufgaben:

  • Administrative Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Instandhaltung und Organisation
  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale
  • Unterstütztung bei der Planung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
  • Allgemeine Terminverwaltung und Korrespondenz im Bereich Instandhaltung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Fremdfirmen und der internen Instandhaltung

Qualifikation:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen

Der Stundenlohn richtet sich nach Alter, Berufsabschluss und Berufserfahrung.
