### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen im System
  • Terminverfolgung und Abstimmung mit Produktion und Logistik
  • Erstellen von Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferpapieren
  • Information der Kunden über Liefertermine
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Gutschriften

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP
  • Kundenorientierung und Organisationstalent
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
