  • Unser Kunde sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams eine engagierte Fachkraft \(m/w/d\) für die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen. Die Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen. Das monatliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 4.000 Euro und 4.500 Euro, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
  • ###### Was Sie tun werden
  • Eigenständige Auftragsabwicklung
  • Abwicklung von Maschinenprojekten, Ersatzteil- und Garantie-Lieferungen sowie von Serviceeinsätzen
  • Kontrolle und Klärung von Servicereports und Kundenbestellungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Koordination der Warenein- und -auslagerungen
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen Fachabteilungen sowie Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei Reports, Kenn- und Planzahlen
  • ###### Über den Kunden
  • Bei unserem Kunden handelt es sich um ein Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau.
  • ###### Was Sie mitbringen sollten
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erfahrung in Importabwicklung, Stammdatenpflege, Zoll/FDA sowie BAFA- und FDA-Meldungen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft NAVISION / Business Central von Vorteil
