Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Angebotserstellung sowie Nachverfolgung bis zum Abschluss
  • Auftragsannahme für Sack- und Loseware sowie Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms
  • Auftragserfassung und Bearbeitung im ERP-System
  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen / Fakturierung
  • Enge Kommunikation mit unserem Außendienst
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rechnungsdifferenzen
  • Pflege von Kundenstammdaten

Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebs- oder Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Organisierte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; ERP-Kenntnisse (AS 400) von Vorteil
