Wir suchen engagierten Allrounder/In. Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei sämtlichen Aufgaben im Innendienst, in unserer Zentrale in 1140 Wien, wie Angebotsstellung und Auftragsabwicklung, Rechnungserstellung, Schriftverkehr, Internetauftritt, allgemeine Back-Office Aufgaben und vieles mehr.

Dein Profil

  • Interesse und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • wirtschaftliche und kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, organisierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes und freundliches Auftreten
  • der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch, Englisch und Rechtschreibkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
  • Sehr gute Anwender-Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bruttoverdienst ab 2190,- € je nach Qualifikation.
  • Die Position umfasst eine 38,5 Wochenstunden Anstellung (Freitags bis 12:00). Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Flexibilität.
