Der Markt Dießen am Ammersee (ca. 10.500 Einwohner), Landkreis Landsberg am Lech, sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d)

für die Bauverwaltung 

in Vollzeit.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst insbesondere:

Vollzug des öffentlichen Baurechts und örtlicher Bauvorschriften; Schwerpunkte:

  • Prüfung von Bauvoranfragen und Bauanträgen, Bauberatung der Bürger
  • Mitarbeit bei der Bauleitplanung
  • Sitzungsdienst für den Bau- und Umweltausschuss

Wir erwarten:

  • Abschluss als Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r (VFA-K oder Beschäftigtenlehrgang I) bzw. als Beamtin/Beamter der 2. Qualifikationsebene(Fachlaufbahn Verwaltung und Finanzen)
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauplanungs- und Bauordnungsrecht von Vorteil
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office-Produkte), vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit den Programmen der AKDB (insbes. TerraDAT, RiWA GIS, Session)
  • freundliches und sicheres Auftreten, Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
