Im Landesamt für Gesundheit und Soziales ist am Standort Rostock in der Abteilung Arbeitsschutz zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt der Dienstposten "Sachbearbeiterin bzw. Sachbearbeiter für Verwaltungsaufgaben mit Schwerpunkt Sprengstoffrecht" befristet bis zum 28.02.2029 zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erteilung, Versagung, Rücknahme, Widerruf von Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigungen, Erlaubnissen und Befähigungsscheinen,
  • Durchführung von Zuverlässigkeitsprüfungen,
  • Erfassung und Pflege der Verwaltungsvorgänge im Fachverfahren,
  • Bearbeitung von Widersprüchen,
  • Eingangserfassung sprengstoffrechtlicher Anzeigen im Fachverfahren,
  • Erstellung von Kostenbescheiden,
  • Bearbeitung von oder Unterstützung bei Verwaltungsaufgaben weiterer Fachgebiete der Abteilung Arbeitsschutz

Ihr Profil

Vorausgesetzt werden:

  • im Beamtenverhältnis die Laufbahnbefähigung für die Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt in einer nichttechnsichen Laufbahn bzw. im Arbeitnehmerverhältnis ein Fachhochschul- oder Bachelor-Abschluss mit verwaltungsrechtlichem Bezug oder ein Verwaltungsdiplom (VWA) oder ein erfolgreicher Fortbildungsabschluss als Verwaltungsfachwirt/in (w/m/d)
  • Wünschenswert sind:
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im öffentlichen Dienst
  • Kenntnisse im Sprengstoffrecht, Verwaltungsverfahrengesetz
  • anwendungssichere MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbes. Word, Excel und Outlook)

Fähigkeit zum gründlichen und selbstständigen Arbeiten

ausgeprägte Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
