Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme und Erfassung von Kundenbestellungen, Nachverfolgung des Auftragsstatus und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Lieferung
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Materialstammdaten zur Sicherstellung korrekter Informationen und Abwicklung
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation mit Produktion, Logistik und Finanzabteilung zur reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erstellung von relevanten Exportpapieren, IHK- und Botschaftsbeglaubigungen
  • Zollanmeldungen über ATLAS-System
  • Abwicklung und Erstellen von Dokumenten aller Gefahrgutlieferungen gemäß den gesetzlich vorgebeben Grundlagen
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen zur Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung zur Nachverfolgung von Zahlungseingängen und Erinnerungsmanagement
  • Ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation und Archivierung von vertriebsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Übernahme weiterer administrativer Aufgaben nach Vorgabe der Vorgesetzten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der industriellen Exportabwicklung sowie gute Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
