Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen Sachbearbeiter KFZ-Schaden (m/w/d)  am Standort Köln.

Ihre Aufgaben
Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Kfz-Schadenfällen mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Kasko
Erfassung, Bewertung und Dokumentation von Schadenmeldungen im internen System
Kommunikation mit Versicherungsnehmern, Werkstätten, Sachverständigen und externen Dienstleistern
Prüfung von Deckung, Haftung und Schadenhöhe unter Berücksichtigung der Vertragsbedingungen
Unterstützung bei der Regulierung sowie Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz auch in englischer Sprache
Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Schadenprozessen und internen Abläufen

Ihr Profil
Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kfz-Schadenbearbeitung – insbesondere im Kaskobereich
Gute Kenntnisse in der Schadenregulierung; keine tiefgreifende Spezialisierung erforderlich
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Offenheit für digitale Schadenbearbeitungssysteme
