Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie am Standort Nürnberg für unsere Abteilung Logistik.

Voraussetzungen:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung
  • gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Erfahrung SAP/R3, besser S4HANA, Modul TM einschl. Integration zu WM/EWM
  • Erfahrung mit Projektarbeiten
  • verbindlicher und zuverlässiger Umgang mit Ansprechpartnern
  • selbstständige, effiziente und systematische Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Koordination des Transportvolumens für Wareneingänge, Werkverkehre und die Distributionslogistik
  • Überwachung und operative Steuerung des laufenden Transportvolumens
  • Pflege der Frachtkonditionen sowie Begleitung der Rechnungsverbuchung im S/4 HANA Modul TM
  • Steuerung der Frachtrückstellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Projektarbeit S/4 HANA - Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen nach erfolgreicher Einführung
  • Notfallmanagement sowie Organisation und Koordination von Sonderfahrten
