  • Bearbeitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • -Pflege und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten im Abrechnungssystem
  • -Prüfung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • -Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten
  • -Vorbereitung von Zahlungsläufen
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Kommunikation mit Behörden und externen Dienstleistern
  • -Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung sowie in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office
  • -Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • -Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • -Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
