Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere Zentrale in Karlsruhe Unterstützung in folgender Position:

  • Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Bonusabrechnung
  • Bereich Organisation
  • (Vollzeit 40 Std./W.)

Ihre AUFGABEN

  • Prüfen, Abstimmen und Durchführen von Lieferantenabrechnungen
  • Vorbereiten und Umsetzen der Bonusausschüttungen für unsere Gesellschafter
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) zu Fragestellungen rund um das Thema Bonusabrechnung sowohl intern als auch extern für unsere Gesellschafter und Lieferanten

Ihr PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Tätigkeit (z.B. Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
