  • Befundung und systematische Ursachenanalyse von reklamierten Geräten/Teilen unter Anwendung grundlegender Qualitätstechniken / - methoden (z.B. 4D, 8D, 5W) in Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Qualitätsmitarbeitern zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Sofort-, Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Fachbereichen, einschließlich Dokumentation
  • Regelmäßiges Aufzeigen von Fehlerschwerpunkten, -entwicklungen und Verbesserungspotentialen
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition von Annahmekriterien
  • Erstellung von Qualitätsinformationen und -berichten für die Fertigung sowie von Sonderauswertungen bei Qualitätsproblemen, Kundenbesuchen, Audits
  • Durchführung einfacher Prüfungen für Bemusterungen, Produktprüfungen und Fähigkeitsanalysen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung i.V.m. mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz, um komplexe Aufgabenstellungen eigenverantwortlich und effizient zu lösen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Grundlagenwissen zu technischen Normen und der Statistik
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
