Sachbearbeiter Technische Dokumentation (m/w/d)

Parameter:

Start: zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Auslastung: 38h/Woche

Standort: Rott am Inn, anteilig remote möglich

Vertragsart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

Laufzeit: zunächst 12-18 Monate mit Übernahmeoption

Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von zugelieferten Ersatzteil-Dokumenten
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Archivierung der Dokumente im System, sodass diese im elektronischen Teilekatalog verfügbar sind
  • Erstellung des elektronischen Ersatzteilkatalogs
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Einkauf und Service zur Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Datenstruktur und Archivierungsprozesse

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Technische Assistenz (m/w/d))
  • Erfahrung mit Datenpflege in ERP-, PDM- oder ETK-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Grundverständnis für technische Dokumente und Ersatzteilzeichnungen wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent und Prozessdenken
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
