Zur Verstärkung am Standort Würzburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Sachbearbeiter im Verkauf (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Aufträge
  • Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferpapieren und Faktura unter Berücksichtigung der Exportkontrolle
  • Angebotserstellung auf Basis der geltenden Preisliste
  • Pflege von kundenrelevanten Informationen
  • Täglicher Kundenkontakt zum Erteilen von Auskünften über Produkte, Preise und Konditionen
  • Bearbeitung von Exportversand- und Zollformalitäten
  • Organisation von Ausfuhr/Luftfracht/Verschiffung
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Fachvertretungen im Ausland

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
