1. Angebotserstellung & Auftragsabwicklung

  • Kundenanfragen prüfen und kalkulieren
  • Angebote erstellen, nachverfolgen und ggf. anpassen
  • Aufträge erfassen und überwachen
  • Termine, Preise und Lieferbedingungen abstimmen

Dafür brauchst du: kaufmännisches Verständnis, Sorgfalt, gute Kenntnisse im ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystem.

2. Kundenbetreuung im Vertriebsinnendienst

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Außendienst
  • Klärung technischer und kaufmännischer Fragen
  • Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Dafür brauchst du: Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick.

3. Bestell- und Terminmanagement

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen
  • Koordination von Liefer- und Montageterminen
  • Abstimmung mit Logistik, Lager und ggf. Monteuren
  • Überwachung von Lieferfristen

Dafür brauchst du: Organisationsfähigkeit, strukturiertes Arbeiten, Prioritätenmanagement.

4. Einkauf & Materialdisposition

  • Beschaffung von Fremdartikeln
  • Preis- und Lieferantenanfragen
  • Terminüberwachung
  • Kontrolle von Wareneingängen

Dafür brauchst du: Verhandlungssicherheit, Kostenbewusstsein, Marktkenntnisse.

5. Reklamations- und Qualitätsmanagement

  • Bearbeitung von Waren- und Kundenreklamationen
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten oder internen Abteilungen
  • Lösungsfindung im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit
