Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kalkulation von Kundenanfragen / Leistungsverzeichnissen für Fenster und Türen
  • Erstellung aller Angebotsunterlagen bis hin zum kompletten Angebot und dessen Nachverfolgung
  • Auftragserfassung bzw. -bearbeitung bis hin zur Rechnungserstellung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Service-, Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen
  • Terminabstimmung mit Kunden, Technikern und Monteuren
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen, Reklamationen und Störungsmeldungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, der Auftragsabwicklung, Disposition oder Kundenbetreuung
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Fenster, Türen, Bauelemente, Metallbau, Baubeschlag oder Handwerk
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Termin- und Einsatzplanung
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit der Branchensoftware (Cantor) von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
