Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in der Hamburger Niederlassung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen:

Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst

Ihre Aufgaben:

Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen

Telefon-Verkauf bei Bestandskunden

Reklamationsbearbeitung

Debitorenbearbeitung

Übernahme von Monatsabschlussarbeiten

Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst

Schnittstellenarbeit zu Logistik und Buchhaltung

Ihr Profil

Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation / Büromanagement, Industriekauffrau, Personaldienstleistungskauffrau (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der gängigen MS-Office-Programme

Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
