Join Our Team as a Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinator!

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinators . If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off

Compensation Plan: Base hourly rate of $18-$21, plus monthly commission & bonus

Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $65,000.00-$120,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering incoming calls and helping schedule appointments for our Sales team

Respond to sales calls and online inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Keeping daily reports organized and up to date

Following up with clients and internal team members

Assisting with other tasks as needed by management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• •Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or sales role is a big plus
• •Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
• •Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• •Strong attention to detail
• •Highly organized and dependable
• •Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
