Responsibilities – Sales Manager:

• •Oversee all vehicle sales at the dealership
• •Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
• •Forecast sales goals and objectives on a monthly and annual basis
• •Manage vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins
• •Appraise incoming used cars
• •Engage customers early in the process and be a strong closer

Requirements

• •Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• •Auction experience is a plus
• •High energy, outgoing, and aggressive personality
• •Outstanding communication skills
• •Professional appearance and work ethic
• •Excellent managerial skills
• •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• •Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
