  • -Eigenständige Abwicklung nationale und internationale Versand-, Export- und Zollprozesse
  • -Erstellung aller relevanten Zollformalitäten und Dokumente
  • -Verhandlung von Preisen mit Transportunternehmen
  • -Ansprechpartner für internationale Kunden sowie interne Schnittstellen in den Bereichen Planung, Sales, Finance, Qualität und Lager
  • -Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträge, Liefertermine, Gutschriften und Mahnwesen
  • -Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • -Erstellung von Statistiken, Reportings und Intrastat-Meldungen
  • -Datenpflege im ERP-System
  • Dein Profil als Sales Manager (m/w/d):
  • -Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • -Analytisches Denken und umfassende Excel-Kenntnisse
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten
  • -Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • -Team- und Kommunikationsfähig
  • -Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • -Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • -Idealerweise Französischkenntnisse
