Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Czech Sales team in Prague.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our Sales Managers and ensuring smooth day-to-day cooperation with our merchant partners. You’ll help keep sales processes running efficiently, maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our systems, and contribute to a positive and seamless partner experience.

If you enjoy working with people, have a keen eye for detail, and are interested in building your experience in sales and partner relations, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Provide day-to-day support to our merchant partners and Sales team, managing partner requests and ensuring smooth cooperation and a positive partner experience.

Coordinate the onboarding of new merchant partners, including pre-onboarding checks, registrations and setting up partner profiles, stores, user access and products in our systems.

Guide and train partners on our products and processes, preparing relevant training materials and supporting partner activation and reactivation initiatives.

Prepare and review monthly sales reports, partner invoices and cooperation agreements, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner records and documentation.

Collaborate with teams across departments and markets to resolve partner queries, integration challenges and system-related issues.

Manage ongoing updates to partner information, product configurations and user access.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to testing and implementing new processes and operational improvements.

What will help you succeed in this role

1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales administration, partner support or a similar role.

Interest in sales processes and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

A confident and proactive communication style, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and colleagues.

Strong problem-solving skills, a solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Confidence in working with different systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Czech and English.

What you’ll get in return

Wellbeing support through the Pluxee benefits card.

5 additional vacation days to give you more time to rest and recharge.

A 6-week paid sabbatical after four years at Inbank, recognising your long-term contribution.

A dynamic and supportive work environment where you can take ownership, develop your skills and grow professionally.

A flexible hybrid working model built on trust, autonomy and accountability.

The opportunity to work with talented international colleagues and collaborate across different teams and markets.

Regular company and team events to connect, celebrate successes and enjoy time together.

Sounds like a fit?

Apply, and our Recruitment team will be in touch! Not sure if you tick every box but excited about the opportunity? We’d still love to hear from you.
