As a SAP GRC Security Manager you will lead client support work focused on SAP compliance and security, helping clients assess access risks, strengthen controls, and apply security measures within SAP applications. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior staff, and drive assigned workstreams with accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables while using technology and practical business knowledge to navigate complex client needs. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice and within our SAP practice, bringing together business application consulting and SAP compliance and security capabilities to help clients protect sensitive data, align with regulatory requirements, and support secure business operations.

Responsibilities

• - Leading SAP GRC security workstreams across client engagements and coordinating delivery timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution
• - Managing teams through planning, execution, and review of security and compliance activities within SAP environments
• - Developing and implementing SAP GRC controls, role design, access governance, and remediation actions aligned to regulatory requirements
• - Reviewing security configurations, user access, and segregation of duties controls to identify exposure and support risk reduction
• - Translating client requirements into security solutions that support compliance, governance, and operational needs
• - Coaching team members on SAP security methods, deliverable development, and issue tracking across project phases
• - Using analytical thinking and data-driven review to assess control gaps, root causes, and required corrective actions
• - Communicating status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders and internal leadership in a clear and concise manner

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 9-12 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• - Demonstrating SAP GRC security project leadership across client engagements
• - Coordinating cross-functional teams through planning, budgeting, and delivery
• - Applying compliance, governance, and risk controls to SAP programs
• - Mentoring consultants while reviewing work for timeline and quality
• - Translating system dependencies into practical security recommendations
