  • SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Lösungen mit einem Fokus auf die
  • Anforderungen der Kunden Durchführung von Workshops und Erarbeitung
  • von Lösungen, um die Personalprozesse zu verbessern Begleitung des
  • kompletten Projektzykluses sowie (Teil-) Projektleitung
  • Voraussetzungen: Studium, Ausbildung oder mindestens 2-3 Jahre
  • Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Themenfeld Praxis in SAP HCM,
  • insbesondere in der Konfiguration/dem Customizing sowie im
  • Projektmanagement Kenntnisse funktionaler HR-Prozesse rund um
  • Personalabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Personaladministration und
  • Organisationsmanagement Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
  • sowie eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Kundenorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft um beim Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten Dies ist eine
