Redwood Strategy Group (RSG) is seeking SAP professionals in the National Capital Region to support the development and build of NERP+, a Department of the Navy ERP initiative. We are recruiting hands-on developers, interface and integration specialists, testing professionals, and SAP subject matter experts at multiple experience levels.

Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance and have experience with the current Navy ERP (NERP) system and/or Navy financial management processes and procedures.

Areas of Focus

Depending on their role, selected candidates will:

Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA applications, reports, workflows, and technical solutions.

Build and test interfaces between SAP and external systems, including data mapping, error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring.

Develop test plans and scripts; conduct unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing; document defects; and validate fixes.

Translate Navy financial and business requirements into SAP designs, configurations, technical specifications, and test scenarios.

Apply knowledge of current NERP operations and Navy financial processes to identify dependencies, assess proposed changes, and validate solutions.

Investigate complex technical and functional issues and coordinate solutions across development, integration, testing, and Navy stakeholder teams.

Knowledge of BOTs development and implementation in the NERP environment
