Where You’ll Make a Difference

• •Drive Scent Solutions growth by partnering with customers and distributors to deliver fragrance solutions that meet product, consumer, and commercial needs.
• •Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations based on application, olfactive direction, performance and price.
• •Coordinate samples, submissions and customer feedback with internal teams to ensure timely delivery from brief to order.
• •Prepare fragrance presentations, demonstrations and workshops to communicate relevant trends and product benefits.
• •Support customers and distributors in using digital, self-service and AI tools for fragrance selection and follow-up.
• •Prepare quotations and support pricing, sales, margin and cost-to-serve objectives with relevant teams.
• •Capture customer, competitor and application insights while maintaining accurate project and opportunity records.
• •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, fragrance specialists and Customer Service to resolve issues and strengthen customer support.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Fragrance, Cosmetic Science or related discipline.
• •At least 1 year of fragrance industry and evaluation experience. Fresh graduates may be considered for the trainee pathway.
• •Excellent olfactive expertise (selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test).
• •Demonstrate customer focus, organisation, initiative, commercial awareness, digital confidence, and a willingness to develop olfactive and application knowledge.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
