Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen der Transport- und Logistikbranche, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schichtleiter (m/w/d) für den Standort Dormagen.

Schichtleiter (m/w/d)

Wichtiges vorab:

  • Vollzeit 40 Stunden
  • 2-Schichtbetrieb

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Personalkoordination und -führung im Warehouse im Rahmen der zugeteilten Schicht
  • Optimierung der Warehouseprozesse und Kontrolle der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Bearbeitung des täglichen Warenumschlags
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der nationalen und internationalen Disposition
  • Arbeiten im Warehousemanagementsystem
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Kommissionieraufträgen
  • Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Logistikbereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit der Führung eines Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
