Was solltest du mitbringen?

Abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion sowie erste Führungserfahrung
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem

Deine Aufgaben:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Produktionsteams sowie Personaleinsatzplanung
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Leistungszielen
Organisation der Schichtübergaben sowie Überwachung und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen
Einarbeitung, Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Unterstützung bei Personalthemen
Umsetzung von Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
