### Schichtleiter (m/w/d) Pulverbeschichtung / Industrielackierung

für unsere Pulverbeschichtungsanlage im 2-Schichtbetrieb

  • Arbeitsort: Oelde
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 2-Schicht
  • Eintritt: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Organisation eines Produktionsteams im Schichtbetrieb
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Pulverbeschichtungsanlage
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Optimierung der Beschichtungsprozesse
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
  • Mitarbeit bei Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Schulung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung als  Pulverbeschichter, Industrielackierer, Fahrzeuglackierer, Verfahrensmechaniker Beschichtungstechnik bzw. oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Pulverbeschichtung oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erste Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
