Wir suchen ab sofort Mitarbeiter/innen (m/w/d) für ein Kind mit Diabetes Typ 1 eine Schulbegleitung in Teilzeit für ca. 25 Stunden in Leer von 08:00 - 13:00 Uhr.

Der Stundenumfang beträgt ca. 25 Stunden in der Woche.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • medizinische Vorkenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen mit Diabetes Typ 1 (Pumpe)
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit

Wir bieten:

  • eine Tätigkeit, die sich z.B. mit Kinderbetreuungszeiten gut vereinbaren lässt
  • die Teilnahme an verschiedenen Weiterbildungen (u.a. Weiterbildung zum Schulbegleiter,...)
