Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind u.a.:

  • Pflege und Kontrolle der Außenanlagen
  • Sicherheits- und Notfallmanagement
  • Koordination von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Unterstützung des Schulbetriebs und Materialbewirtschaftung
  • Bedienung, Kontrolle und Überwachung der haustechnischen Anlagen, insbesondere der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen sowie der Wasseranschlüsse
  • Bedienung, Kontrolle und Überwachung der Alarm- und Einbruchmeldeanlage sowie der Klingel- und Schließanlagen
  • Kontrolle der Elektroanlagen und elektrischen Unterverteilungen sowie der Photovoltaikanlage

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, vorzugsweise in den Feldern:
  • Elektrotechnik Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder
  • Heizungs-, Lüftung- und Klimatechnik Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
  • Alternativ: Eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Elektro- oder Gebäudetechnik (z. B. Mechatroniker/-in für Kältetechnik oder Elektroniker/-in für Betriebstechnik).
  • technisches Verständnis
  • handwerkliches Geschick und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Microsoft Office
  • selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Wahrnehmung der übertragenen Aufgaben
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins
