Aufgaben:

-Beratung im Übergang Schule und Beruf

-Berufsorientierung

-Vermittlung in Anschlussperspektiven

-Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit

-Unterstützung bei schulischen, persönlichen und/oder familiären Problemen

-Unterstützung individueller Schulkarrieren durch Beratung und Vernetzung

-Förderung der vertrauensvollen Kooperation zwischen Schüler\*innen, Lehrer\*innen und Erziehungsberechtigten

-Krisenintervention und Mediation

-Präventionsarbeit

Anforderungen:  

-abgeschlossenen Hochschulabschluss Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik oder vergleichbarer Hochschulabschluss

-Beratungskompetenz

-Teamfähigkeit

-hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

-grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
