Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol  (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit eine/n:

SCRUM Master (all genders)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der Abteilung Digital Solutions & Consulting, anderen internen IT-Abteilungen und Business Units sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Ausarbeitung, Umsetzung und Sicherstellung, dass SCRUM-Theorien, -Praktiken und -Werte im gesamten Team und der Organisation verstanden werden
  • Unterstützung von Product Ownern beim Management des Product Backlogs
  • Planung, Moderation von SCRUM-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review, -Retrospective)
  • Vermittlung agiler Prinzipien und Mindset inklusive Coaching der Teams in Selbstorganisation und Cross-Funktionalität
  • Erkennung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
  • Etablierung einer Kultur zur ständigen Prozessverbesserung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zertifizierung als Scrum Master (z. B. PSM I / II oder CSM) sowie fundiertes Verständnis der Scrum‑Theorie
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Moderation agiler Events
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Azure DevOps oder vergleichbaren Systemen (Backlog‑Management & Workflow‑Transparenz)
  • Ausgeprägte Coaching‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Teams und Stakeholder zu unterstützen
  • Hohe Konfliktlösungskompetenz sowie Fähigkeit, Teams vor Störungen und externen Ablenkungen zu schützen
  • Hands‑on‑Mentalität, Empathie und Servant‑Leadership‑Mindset
