Senior Business Analyst, Client Platforms

Job Description

Primary functions & responsibilities

• •Elicit and document business requirements and ensure alignment to business outcomes and KPI’s
• •Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• •Assist with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• •Support testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
• •Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• •Assist with project documentation and meeting materials.
• •Track action items and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
• •Develop subject matter expertise across client platforms.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

• •6-8 years of business analysis, consulting, or technology experience.
• •Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• •Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.
• •Comfortable presenting to business and technology leaders
• •Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets preferred
• •Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
