About the Role

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding XTB’s client and partner network in the market. You will focus on identifying and developing new revenue opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, acquiring high-value clients, and building long-term commercial relationships. You will be expected to leverage your market knowledge and professional network to open new business channels and contribute directly to XTB’s growth. This is a senior individual-contributor role with a strong focus on business generation, client acquisition, partnerships, and market development, rather than overall sales team management.
