You will work in close partnership with engineering, software, usability, risk management, clinical evaluation, quality, regulatory, and product teams to help develop safe, effective, and clinically meaningful solutions for patients and healthcare professionals.

Job Description

  • Support in-house clinical testing of usability and workflows, including methods, metrics, and reporting.
  • Support hospital-based clinical studies, including protocol development, participant recruitment and data transfer.
  • Provide clinical input to clinical evaluations, benefit-risk assessments, regulatory submissions, and product documentation.
  • Apply clinical evidence, guidelines, and emerging practices to support product development and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across teams to strengthen clinical evaluation capabilities in Helsinki.
  • Demonstrate devices and train clinicians and cross-functional teams on device use and clinical practice.
  • Develop shared tools, training materials, and resources to build clinical capabilities and improve practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in medical-device development, clinical risk management, clinical evaluation, applied clinical research, or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of real-world clinical workflows and how device behaviour, use conditions, and user interactions may influence clinical outcomes.
  • Ability to make independent, evidence-informed clinical judgements, explain uncertainty and constructively challenge assumptions regarding clinical scenarios, workflows and real-world clinical practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and clinical or scientific documentation.
  • Ability to lead complex work across multiple projects and collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams.

  • Curiosity about healthcare technology, clinical workflows, and the practical application of clinical evidence in product development.
  • Confidence to ask difficult questions, raise clinical concerns, and drive issues to resolution.
