  • Lead annual business planning, multi-year growth planning, Sources of Growth development, performance reviews, and in-year contingency planning for Coca-Cola UNITED and support common planning standards across the Franchise RGM team.
  • Monitor rate, mix, transactions, volume, revenue, profit, share, investment, and System Health metrics; identify gaps and opportunities; and drive clear corrective actions and accountability through One-Table and franchise routines.
  • Champion consistent adoption of RGM tools, guardrails, analytics, capabilities, and best practices across Franchise RGM, and scale proven pilots and commercialization approaches across bottlers where relevant.
  • Represent Coca-Cola UNITED and broader bottler perspectives in enterprise strategy development and commercialization planning, while bringing Center priorities and guardrails into bottler decision-making and execution.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, analytics, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, franchise or bottler operations, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, finance, or related fields, including senior responsibility for complex customer, bottler, or system partnerships.

  • Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and strategic-planning capabilities, with demonstrated command of pricing, package architecture, rate/mix, transactions, profitability, investment, and System Health levers.
  • Deep experience working with franchise, bottler, or multi-stakeholder system models; familiarity with Coca-Cola system economics and governance strongly preferred.
