Dann werden Sie Teil eines international tätigen Unternehmens als \(Senior\) HR Business Partner \(m/w/d\) und begleiten Führungskräfte bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Bereiche sowie bei allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • ###### Beschreibung
  • Strategische und operative Beratung von Führungskräften in sämtlichen HR-Themen zur Weiterentwicklung ihrer Abteilungen
  • Beratung und Begleitung in Entgeltangelegenheiten
  • Unterstützung und Vorbereitung von Personalgesprächen auf allen Ebenen
  • Mitwirkung bei Reorganisationsmaßnahmen und Veränderungsprozessen
  • Kooperation mit der Abteilung Talent Development zur Definition individueller und gruppenbezogener Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Arbeitsrechtliche Beratung der Führungskräfte im Rahmen der operativen Personalbetreuung
  • Analyse und Umsetzung von HR-Initiativen zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Effizienz und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit

  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren Senior-HR-Funktion, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit Workday von Vorteil
  • Strategisches Denken, proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
