### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerke, Firewalls, Virtualisierung)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Verwaltung von Benutzer- und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
  • Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Systemverfügbarkeit
  • Überwachung und Troubleshooting von Systemen und Netzwerken
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen (1st- ,2nd-& 3rd Level-Support)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Systemupgrades
  • Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und technische Abläufe

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft- und Windows-Server-Umgebungen, Active Directory, Exchange, M365
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerken (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Switches, Router)
  • Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V) und Backup-Lösungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Skriptsprachen (PowerShell, Bash o. ä.) wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
