Senior IT Automation Engineer

• The Senior IT Automation Engineer will lead the development of enterprise automation and AI-driven workflows that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and business scalability.
• In this role, you will shape the strategy and operating model for an Automation and Agentic AI Center of Excellence, establishing standards that support secure, reliable, and repeatable solutions.
• You will own enterprise automation platforms and integrations, connecting business systems while maintaining strong security, governance, and performance practices.
• Working across IT, engineering, and business teams, you will identify operational bottlenecks and transform manual processes into scalable, intelligent workflows.
• You will leverage tools such as Claude, Glean, and Zapier to introduce practical AI capabilities that enhance productivity while preserving human judgment and accountability.
