Pay Transparency

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is zł259,000 - zł425,500 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) helps financial institutions capture value from artificial intelligence. We deliver a broad range of AI engagements, including AI strategy and transformation, agentic workflows, AI assistants, agentic commerce solutions and embedded AI experts. Our teams combine business, consulting, AI and Visa expertise to support clients from opportunity identification and solution design through implementation and scaling.

Specific Responsibilities Include

• •Originate and close AI consulting engagements by identifying client needs, defining business value and developing compelling proposals.
• •Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements, from strategy and use-case design through PoCs, MVPs, implementation and scaling.
• •Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, commercial performance, effective risk management and achievement of agreed outcomes and timelines.
• •Translate business needs into viable AI solutions and implementation plans, maintaining alignment between the client’s objectives, technical approach and expected business value.
• •Build trusted relationships and lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, operations, risk and transformation.
• •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of VCA consultants, Visa experts, AI specialists, technology teams, software houses and external partners.
• •Build VCA’s AI offering and expert network by developing reusable methodologies, strengthening internal capabilities and establishing relationships with relevant technology and implementation partners

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.


Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Essential Qualifications

• •Experience in management consulting, AI transformation or digital transformation, preferably within banking.
• •Proven sales experience, including originating opportunities, shaping proposals and closing consulting engagements.
• •Experience delivering AI strategy, PoC/MVP or implementation projects.
• •Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, agentic workflows, model orchestration and API-based integrations.
• •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external technology partners.
• •Strong executive communication, client relationship management and structured problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Hands-on experience building, training, fine-tuning or evaluating AI models.
• •Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, data architecture, AI security and Responsible AI.
• •Experience developing AI consulting offerings and delivery methodologies.
• •Knowledge of payments is an advantage but not required
