- Maintain a contract register, key dates and obligations tracker.
Quarterly fair value
- Determine and recommend key valuation assumptions (e.g. power price and curtailment, generation / P50-P90, opex, inflation, discount rate, tax, and macro inputs) in line with the valuation policy
- Perform quality assurance on the financial model and results, including reconciliation to prior quarter, variance and sensitivity analysis, and review with auditors / valuers where required.
- Prepare and present the quarterly fair value reporting material to the management.
Budget and liquidity management

- Escalate key risks and present risk updates to management and the SteerCo.
Monitoring of financing, offtake and operations
- Financing: track debt covenants, compliance certificates, drawdowns, hedging, DSRA / reserve requirements and lender relationships.
