Amazon Ads is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the offline execution engine behind Amazon Ads China's advertiser education program. This role is the single-threaded owner for planning, running and scaling our Full Funnel Bootcamp series — our scaled, open-to-all education flagship for CN cross-border advertisers — plus a growing portfolio of co-hosted bootcamps with Amazon Global Selling (AGS) and third-party vertical media partners.
- Key job responsibilities
- Strategy & roadmap
- - Own the strategy and annual roadmap for the Amazon Full Funnel Bootcamp series and the full co-hosted bootcamp portfolio with AGS and 3P vertical media.
- - Define target advertiser segments, bootcamp learning objectives, and success metrics tied to downstream business outcomes — not attendance alone.
- - Prioritize across formats (flagship bootcamp · city tour · 3P co-hosted) and locations.
- Content programming
- - Build tiered curriculum, from fundamentals to hands-on practice, that turns product complexity into a clear first-step path for advertisers.
- - Own speaker management, and maintain a consistent speaker quality bar across bootcamps.
- Operation & scale
- - Own end-to-end operations: venue, vendor, agenda, speakers, registration, logistics, on-site execution, post-event follow-up.
- - Manage bootcamp vendors and trainers; own SOPs, budget, compliance review and legal/PR approvals.
- Cross-team alignment & measurement
- - Serve as the single-threaded facilitator across content, channel delivery, product marketing, PR/legal, and finance.
- - Drive alignment specifically with AGS and 3P vertical media partners on co-hosted bootcamps — shared goals, joint agenda, co-marketing plan.
- - Own bootcamp measurement end-to-end. Build and run the post-bootcamp measurement loop. Communicate results, insights and asks to leadership through written monthly recaps and quarterly program reviews.
- About the team
- Amazon Ads helps brands create experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful business results. With hundreds of millions of active customer accounts worldwide and first-party shopping, streaming, and browsing signals, we help brands craft strategies that resonate with consumers. Our solutions span Sponsored Ads, Display, Video, and Audio across Amazon's surfaces — Amazon.com, Prime Video, Twitch, IMDb, Alexa, and Fire TV — plus thousands of third-party apps, sites, and streaming services.
- In China, we support cross-border advertisers growing globally. We invest in local-language education, channels, and partnerships at every stage — from first campaign to full-funnel brand builder.
Basic qualifications
- - 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- - 4+ years directly owning offline event/bootcamp planning and execution at scale.
- - Demonstrated experience owning a multi-event, multi-city annual event portfolio (10+ offline events/year, 500+ attendees per flagship session) end-to-end: strategy, agenda, vendors, speakers, logistics, on-site execution, measurement.
- - willing to travel domestically ~50% for offline bootcamps.
Preferred qualifications
- - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- - Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
- - MBA
- - Track record of tying offline event/bootcamp outcomes to downstream business metrics (product adoption, advertiser readiness, revenue influence) — not just attendance or satisfaction scores.
