• The Opportunity
• The Master Scheduling Planner is a developing professional who creates and manages production schedules and material plans to meet the master schedule. This role builds upon foundational knowledge to analyze supply and demand, manage WIP, and resolve routine scheduling and material issues. Working with general supervision, the Planner is responsible for creating an achievable factory schedule that balances efficiency and on-time delivery.

What You Will Do:

• •Develop, implement, and manage the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize inventory levels.
• •Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for your area, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to translate business plans into feasible production schedules.
• •Analyze demand forecasts, historical data, and capacity constraints to create realistic and achievable production plans.
• •Monitor production performance against the master schedule, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• •Work closely with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve material shortages, capacity bottlenecks, and other scheduling conflicts.
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives in master scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• •Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling adherence, on-time delivery, and inventory turns.
• •Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall supply chain responsiveness and operational efficiency.
• •Utilize advanced planning systems (e.g., ERP, APS) to optimize scheduling decisions and data integrity.

What You Will Need:

• •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •5+ years of progressive experience in master scheduling, production planning, or supply chain planning, with some experience in a lead or senior capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• •Proven expertise in developing and managing master production schedules and participating in S&OP processes.
• •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning systems (APS).
• •Excellent understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex global environment.
• •Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
• •Flexible and adaptable in all assigned tasks. Must be good at oral and written communication.
• •With leadership qualities and able to work under pressure with less supervision.
• •Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
