Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung und Begleitung von Reorganisationsprojekten
  • Analyse und Gestaltung von Organisationsstrukturen, Rollenmodellen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Durchführung von Projekten zur Optimierung von Aufbau- und Ablauforganisationen
  • Entwicklung von Organisationskonzepten, Standards und Methoden zur Organisationsentwicklung
  • Durchführung von Funktionsbewertungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen einschließlich Umsetzungs- und Erfolgskontrolle
  • Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Stakeholdern sowie Unterstützung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen

Profil:

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung, Reorganisation, Unternehmensberatung oder im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in Organisationsdesign, Funktionsbewertungen, Change Management und Prozessoptimierung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft PowerPoint sowie in der Erstellung und Präsentation von Managementunterlagen
  • hohe Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Moderationskompetenz sowie souveränes Auftreten auf Managementebene
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
