Location: Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Mexico

Mode: Remote

We at Coforge are hiring Senior PMO Project Manager (#F-10609-ERP-USA-FP-17) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.

Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.

Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).

Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of project management experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk management documentation.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare MoMs.

Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.

Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in Hi-Tech or SaaS companies.

Exposure to companies such as Cisco, NetApp, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.

Experience coordinating with ServiceNow architects and engineering teams.

Experience managing projects across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
