About Offworld Industries:

Offworld Industries Ltd. (Offworld) is the independent studio behind the successful military first-person shooter game, “Squad”. Offworld was formed in 2014 by more than 15 developers who had worked together on the well known Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2. The founding purpose of the team was to bring a standalone successor of this acclaimed mod to market and build a game development studio and a livelihood from that foundation.

Fast forward to 2026, Offworld has over 140 employees and is rapidly growing. We have been expanding the studio into serving as a publisher supporting mods and have released our newest title, "Starship Troopers: Extermination", a 16-player PvE first-person shooter based on the 1997 cult-classic film.

We are built on passion, unified spirit and continuing efforts to break the mold. We strive to become a leader in creating large-scale multiplayer games as well as supplying others with the ability to do the same. We are looking for a talented Senior Producer for our current and upcoming Unreal Engine based multiplayer games. Job Duties:

• Financial & Performance Accountability
• •Ensure the project achieves or exceeds financial targets, maintaining profitability and sustainable growth.

Present clear, high-quality reports and updates on project progress, roadmap, and key decisions to stakeholders.

Skill Requirements:

• •Proven Experience in Game Production
• •Demonstrated success in shipping multiple AA or AAA titles, from concept through launch and into live operations.
• •Proven experience working on and successfully shipping console titles on platforms such as Xbox and/or PlayStation, with a strong understanding of the unique development, performance, certification, compliance, and platform
• requirements involved.
• •Deep understanding of the complexities of large-scale production pipelines, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and publisher/developer relationships across PC and console development.
• •Ability to apply lessons learned from past projects to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and improve delivery efficiency across multiple platforms.
• •Strong credibility with both internal teams and external partners, drawing on a proven track record of delivering high-quality releases across PC and console platforms.

Desirable Skills and Attribute s:

Experience with task management software (Jira).

This is a full-time permanent position, with the requirement to work from our office three days per week. The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 - 125,000 CAD per year and is subject to change. The final agreed upon salary is based on work location and may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
