Senior Product Manager

Over the last 14 years, Ellevation Education has built a thriving business serving the educators who support English Learners. Today, nearly 2,000 districts across the country use Ellevation software to drive English Language Development (ELD) in their schools. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Data Ingest team as we pursue our goal of being the premier and most impactful ELD solution on the market. Just as we're evolving our product experience from a suite of point solutions into an integrated platform, we're evolving how we get data into that platform — moving from a patchwork of data ingestion tools to a single, scalable ingest engine. This role reports to a VP of Product and partners daily with Engineering and Data Operations team members.

You'll serve as a product leader for Data Ingest — building the tooling that brings rostering, EL program, and assessment data from a variety of systems into our platform. The core challenge is accurately ingesting imperfect raw data and representing it effectively across 2,000 districts. This involves reimaginging our technically complex, high-stakes data pipelines while ensuring all ingested data continues to effectively power downstream customer workflows across our product. The right candidate will bring a genuine love of data and technical fluency, a curious and evidence-based mindset to explore complex data problems in terms of user and business impact, combined with exceptional collaboration and communication skills to manage senior-level stakeholder alignment. In this role, you’ll have a tremendous impact across both internal operations and downstream customer workflows across our product.
